PT Gandum Mas Kencana Earns FSSC 22000 Version 6 Certification as a Commitment to Food Safety

PT Gandum Mas Kencana (GMK), a well-known Indonesian food manufacturer specializing in high-quality chocolate and premix products, has officially achieved FSSC 22000 Version 6 certification. This certification confirms that GMK's Food Safety Management System complies with internationally recognized requirements, including ISO 22000:2018, ISO/TS 22002-1:2009, and additional FSSC 22000 specifications. The audit was conducted at the production facility of Building F and all GMK supporting facilities located on Jl. Moh. Toha, Tangerang, Banten.

The certified scope covers the manufacturing process of dark chip chocolate compound, including mixing, conching, refining, and moulding. Other products such as chocolate couverture, premix bakery powders, jelly products, and repacked items are excluded from this certification scope. This focused approach ensures a high level of safety and quality control specific to the certified product category.

FSSC 22000 is one of the world’s leading food safety standards, recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), and serves as a key benchmark in the food industry. By achieving this certification, GMK reinforces its commitment to delivering safe, consistent, and high-quality products that build customer trust across both local and global markets.
