Brownis Berrys Parfait

Mini brownies in a jar with cream cheese frosting and assorted berries. Easy to eat on the go and serve with the family.

Brownie Ingredients:

335 g Haan Brownies Cake Mix

75 g eggs

35 g water

160 g vegetable oil

80 g cooked cashews (chopped)

Method:

Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper, then set aside.

Combine all ingredients, then stir with a balloon whisk until combined.

Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, until set.

Once cooked, set aside and let cool.

 

Mixed Berry Jam Ingredients:

250 g frozen mixed berries

50 g water

½ pcs lemon juice

80 g granulated sugar

40 g gelatin mass (8 g gelatin + 32 g cold water)

Method:

Combine all ingredients except the gelatin mass in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

Add the gelatin mass, stir until well combined, then set aside.

 

Cheese Frosting Cream Ingredients:

150 g cream cheese (room temperature)

50 g unsalted butter

30 g Haan Icing Sugar Fiesta

1 lemon juice (optional)

250 g whipped cream (150 g Haan Whippet + 300 ml fresh milk)

 

How to Make:

Beat the butter and cream cheese until smooth, add the Haan Icing Sugar Fiesta and lemon juice, and stir again until well combined.

Add the whipped cream and stir until all ingredients are well combined.

To Finish:

Cut the brownie into cubes and arrange them in a glass.

Fill with the cream cheese frosting, followed by the mixed berry jam.

Cover with the brownie and mixed berry jam.

Garnish with fresh raspberries or any other garnish you like.
