Mango Saffron Dessert Box

Create Haan Chiffon in a dessert box! Besides its guaranteed delicious taste, it's also easy to serve as a gift or souvenir when traveling.

Ingredients:

200 g Haan Chiffon vanilla

220 g Eggs

30 g Saffron-infused water

10 g Vegetable oil

10 g Colatta mango glaze

Method:

1. Combine the eggs, Haan Chiffon vanilla, and water, then beat with a mixer on high speed for 5-7 minutes until fluffy and stiff peaks form.

2. Add the vegetable oil and Colatta mango glaze. Stir gently with a spatula until well combined.

3. Pour the mixture into a 20x20cm baking pan. Bake at 160°C for 30 minutes or until cooked through.

4. Let cool, then remove from the pan and set aside.

SAFFRON MILK

200 ml UHT Milk

7 pcs Saffron

100 g Granulated Sugar

*Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil, then set aside.

MANGO CREAM CHANTILLY

150 g Fresh Milk (cold)

100 g Haan Whiptopp BD

100 g Colatta Mango Glaze

How to Make:

1. Add the milk to the Haan Whiptopp BD and stir until thickened. Set aside.

2. Add the Colatta mango glaze and stir well.

3. Pour the mixture into the bowl containing the Whiptopp and stir gently until combined.

To Finish:

1. Prepare a square mica, then place the chiffon cake on top.

2. Next, glaze with saffron milk. Cut the mango into small squares and arrange on top.

3. Spread the final layer with mango Chantilly cream and garnish with mango or other fruit of your choice.
