Salted Caramel Brownies

“A perfect combination of rich, fudgy chocolate brownies and a creamy salted caramel swirl. The texture is soft, dense, and melt-in-your-mouth, complemented by caramel that’s both sweet and delicately salty.”

Brownies Ingredients

Haan Cake Mix Brownies  250 g
egg                                      60 g
butter                                  60 g
oil                                       60 g
instant coffee powder          6 g

Method:
Place all the ingredients into a bowl, mix until well combined, then pour into a baking pan and bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.

 

Salted Caramel Ganache Ingredients

heavy cream      250 g
glucose                25 g
sea salt                 6 g
granulated sugar   200 g
Colatta Couverture Chocolate White 60 g
Colatta Compound Chocolate Milk  150 g
butter        50 g

Method:

  • Heat the sugar until it turns into caramel, then add the butter and cream. Stir until well combined. Add the chocolates, stir again, then sprinkle in the sea salt while mixing until fully incorporated.
  • Pour into a bowl and let it cool.

 

Assembly

  • Pipe the ganache onto the brownies after cutting them into portions, then glaze using Colatta Compound Chocolate Milk.
  • Decorate as desired.
