Milky Donut

A soft donut with a fluffy texture and rich milky aroma, made from selected ingredients to deliver a smooth taste in every bite. Its balanced sweetness offers an elegant classic indulgence.

Donut Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Haan Soft Donut Mix
  • 40 g milk powder
  • 18 g yeast
  • 420 ml ice-cold water
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 4 g bread improver

Glaze:

  • Sweetened condensed milk

Topping:

  • 100 g Haan Donut Dusting
  • 200 g Dancow milk powder

 

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix until the dough comes together and becomes smooth and elastic.
  2. Remove from the mixer and let rest for 15 minutes. Divide and weigh the dough into 40 g portions or as desired. Let rest for another 15 minutes.
  3. Shape as desired, then place on a tray dusted with flour. Let proof until doubled in size, about 40 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Heat cooking oil and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Remove and drain.
  5. Brush the donuts with sweetened condensed milk and add the toppings.
