Triple Pudding Cake

A combination of cake, pudding, and jelly in one dessert. Perfect for gatherings with family and friends!

Agar-agar Ingredients

250 g water

4 g agar-agar powder

80 g granulated sugar

10 g Bendico Cocoa Powder

 

How to Make:

1. Bring all ingredients to a boil.

2. Pour into a baking dish, let it set, then cut into small cubes.

 

Pudding Ingredients

500 g UHT milk

200 g water

1 pouch Haan Pudding Chocolate

2 egg yolks

10 g Haan Maizena

2 g agar-agar

3 g Bendico Cocoa Powder

30 g Colatta Compound Dark Chocolate

 

How to Make:

1. Mix the milk, water, Haan Pudding, agar-agar, Bendico Cocoa Powder, and Colatta Compound Dark Chocolate and cook over low heat while stirring.

2. Combine the egg yolks and Haan Cornstarch and stir until well combined.

3. Scoop some of the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stir well, then combine and strain.

4. Stir until the pudding mixture boils. Once boiling, pour it into the mold and add the chocolate jelly pieces.

5. Let it set until it hardens, then store it in the refrigerator.

6. Remove the pudding cake from the mold and sprinkle with Bendico Cocoa Powder.
