Royal Choco Cheese Cake

A soft cheesecake with a creamy texture and rich cheese flavor, crafted from selected ingredients to deliver a smooth and luxurious sensation in every bite. The perfectly balanced blend of savory and sweet makes it a classic favorite.

Base Ingredients:

  • 1 pack ready-to-use ladyfingers
    cut into 2.5 cm pieces

 

Choco Cheese Cake Ingredients:

  • 100 g Haan Wippy Cream
  • 200 g ice-cold water
  • 220 g cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 70 g Haan Fiesta Icing Sugar
  • 2 g vanilla extract
  • 120 g Colatta Dark Compound (melted)
  • 10 g gelatin powder
  • 40 g cold water

 

Method:

  1. Whip the first two ingredients until fluffy; set aside.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, Haan Fiesta Icing Sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the melted chocolate and mix well.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
  4. Combine the gelatin powder with cold water, then melt.
  5. Add the melted gelatin to the cheesecake mixture and mix until well combined.

 

Coating Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Colatta Hazelnut Spread

 

Coating Method:

  1. Heat in the microwave until melted.
  2. Pour over the set chocolate cheesecake.

 

Assembly:

  1. Arrange the ladyfingers inside an 8 cm diameter round ring mold.
  2. Fill with the chocolate cheesecake mixture and freeze until set.
  3. Pour the Colatta Hazelnut Spread on top. Decorate as desired with biscuit crumbs and fruit. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
