Orange Jelly Cupcake

A cupcake creation using chiffon batter? It's guaranteed to be softer with a chewy orange jelly filling. Give it a try!

Cup Cake Ingredients:

500 g Haan Vanilla Chiffon Cake Mix

11 eggs

75 g water

25 g vegetable oil

20 g Sunquick orange syrup

Method:

1. Beat Haan Vanilla Chiffon Cake Mix, eggs, and water until fluffy and well combined.

2. Add vegetable oil and orange syrup.

3. Stir until well combined.

4. Pour into cupcakes filling ¾ of the way.

5. Bake for 15 minutes until set. Let cool.

 

Filling Ingredients:

200 g unsalted butter

100 g Haan Fiesta Icing Sugar

5 g orange syrup

5 g orange zest

10 orange jelly beans

10 vanilla cookies

 

Method:

1. Beat butter and Haan Fiesta Icing Sugar until smooth.

2. Add orange syrup and orange zest.

To finish:

1. Cut out the center of the cupcakes.

2. Fill with orange filling.

3. Garnish with orange jelly and vanilla cookies.
